Job Description

Motorcars Limited is seeking an experienced Service Manager to join one of the Pacific Northwest's most established independent luxury and exotic automotive dealerships. For over 35 years, we have built our reputation serving a clientele and inventory unlike most dealerships. From Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, and Range Rover to specialty and performance vehicles, our business has never been about volume—it has always been about quality. This is not a position that becomes available often. While many automotive professionals spend their careers working within large corporate groups, our team enjoys something increasingly rare: direct access to ownership, the ability to make an impact, and the opportunity to be part of an organization where excellence is recognized and rewarded. We are seeking a motivated, experienced professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and helping elevate an already successful operation.
Responsibilities Include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for service customers Write repair orders, build estimates, and communicate services clearly Dispatch work to technicians and manage shop workflow Manage and prioritize both customer vehicles and inventory vehicles Source, price, and order parts through multiple vendors and systems Track parts status and work in progress to keep jobs moving Maintain communication with customers, technicians, and management Upsell services in a professional, customer-focused manner Ensure accurate billing, records, and daily service activity
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Manager, or Parts Specialist Strong automotive and parts sourcing knowledge Strong communication and customer service skills Positive attitude and professional demeanor Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
What Sets This Opportunity Apart:
35+ years of industry leadership and reputation Independent ownership and a culture free from corporate bureaucracy Competitive compensation and performance incentives Long-term growth opportunities A talented, loyal team that genuinely enjoys working together The opportunity to work with some of the most desirable vehicles in the industry We are selective about who joins our team because our customers expect excellence and our reputation depends on it. Exceptional opportunities attract exceptional people. If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet you.
