Larson Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and Ram is looking for a Service Drive Manager who can help lead a high-performing service team, improve processes, and make a measurable impact. In This Role You'll Support daily operations of a high-volume service drive Lead and develope service advisors to improve performance and customer experience Monitor key performance indicators including CSI, ELR, hours per RO, efficiency, and profitability Ensure consistent processes, accountability, and follow-through across the service drive Help manage customer experience from appointment scheduling through vehicle delivery Partner with the Service Manager to improve workflow, communication, and department performance Coach team members and helping create a positive, results-driven culture What Success Looks Like Creating structure and consistency in daily service drive operations Helping advisors maximize customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability Identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency Holding team members accountable while maintaining a supportive leadership approach Building trust with technicians, advisors, and customers Developing the skills needed for continued advancement in fixed operations leadership Compensation & Opportunity $120,000•150,000 annual compensation Leadership opportunity within a high-volume dealership environment Opportunity to make an immediate impact on service drive performance Mentorship and partnership with experienced dealership leadership Long-term career growth opportunities within Larson Automotive Group Who We're Looking For Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, Drive Manager, or Fixed Operations leadership experience Strong understanding of dealership service operations and customer flow Proven ability to coach teams and improve advisor performance Experience tracking and improving service KPIs Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Why Join Larson Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge and Ram? Requirements:
Experience in an automotive service environment with a desire to grow into a leadership role Strong understanding of dealership service operations and customer experience Ability to support, coach, and motivate service advisors and team members Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and employees Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working with service performance metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities A hands-on leadership style with a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork Willingness to continue learning and developing as a fixed operations leader To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
