Adams Property is seeking a dependable, hands-on individual (or qualified couple) to join our team as our On-Site Property Caretaker & Maintenance Manager in Spokane Valley, Washington . This is a unique opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining property, enjoys working with people, and is looking for a long-term position with stable ownership.

Position Highlights:

On-site housing included (2 or 3-bedroom home, based on final compensation package) Competitive salary ($42,000-$55,000 DOE) Full-time, long-term position Mixed-use residential and RV community Opportunity to grow into expanded property management responsibilities We're looking for someone with experience in general maintenance, apartment turnovers, property inspections, tenant communication, and coordinating repairs.
