This is a working leadership role that requires strong technical skills, your own tools, and the ability to manage and support a team of technicians. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in aftermarket suspension and accessory installations, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Lead by example by performing aftermarket installations, including suspension kits, lift kits, lighting, bumpers, and other truck accessories Supervise daily shop operations and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to technicians Assign and prioritize work orders to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results Monitor technician performance and provide training and feedback as needed Enforce safety procedures and ensure a clean, compliant, and productive work environment Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience Troubleshoot and solve installation or service challenges as they arise Qualifications Proven experience in automotive repair and aftermarket installations (especially suspension and accessories) Prior leadership or supervisory experience in an automotive shop environment Strong technical knowledge of lift kits, leveling kits, truck accessories, and related systems Ability to read and follow technical installation instructions and diagrams Must own a complete set of tools suitable for the role Effective communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and manage a busy workflow efficiently
