JOB - INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - BELOIT, WI
Key responsibilities JKerry Beloit is the Kerry NA Headquarters and R D Center. It has a mix of office, lab, and Pilot Plant. 90% of all site maintenance is subcontracted, making the Industrial Maintenance Supervisor position a unique role in that the individual will be involved in oversite of two Maintenance Workers "in training" and the maintenance subcontractors and projects, while also performing an assortment of maintenance and safety tasks themselves. Successful candidates will be capable of leading and working in a team environment, possess good written and verbal communication skills, problem solving ability, conflict resolution skills, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to adapt to changing situations. This role reports to the Facilities Manager. Qualifications and skills HS Diploma- At least one of the following A Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, Steam Fitting, Sprinkler Fitting, or HVAC certification.
- Minimum experience of 10 years in trades or maintenance position.
- Minimum of 8 years in a foreman or supervisory role.
- Project Management Experience
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing knowledge of Best Practices.
- Interpersonal skills to interact with employees or residents of the building in a pleasant manner.
- Attention to detail to ensure that all jobs are completed in an exemplary manner and any potential hazards or warning signs of problems are not overlooked.
- Physical stamina to handle a full shift of being active and working on the building. Preferred Skills
- Completion of an Apprenticeship in an MEP trade.
- Familiarity with CAD and/or Bluebeam
- Industrial maintenance experience.
- Experience in a food manufacturing facility.
- Maintenance skills that also include Steam, Compressed Air, and Hydraulics.
- Oversite of Pilot Plant R D Maintenance.
- Perform PM and troubleshooting of Pilot Scale R D Equipment.
- Perform Building PM's
- Oversee small capital construction projects.
- Perform Small carpentry and plumbing repairs.
