We are seeking a F&I Manager for our Venus Ford dealership in Cudahy, WI. Under the direction of the General Manager, the F&I Manager will own the job duties listed below: Responsibilities Working directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other options Processing applications for vehicle financing and helping customers get approved Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions to have lots of program options and competitive rates Seek out new programs that benefit customers Ensure compliance by following all local, state and federal regulations Train the sales team on available financing and programs Requirements 3+ years of F&I Manager experience Certified training in menu selling preferred Valid driver's license Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Detail-Oriented Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Excellent communication skills Benefits Competitive Compensation Plans Medical, Dental & Vision Optional Life & Disability Insurance 401k with Company Match Employee Discount Program PTO & Holiday Pay Growth and Advancement Opportunities Continuous Training and Development Flexible Scheduling - no
