Job Description

$5000 Hiring Bonus available after 120 days employed. We are a family-owned scrap recycling company seeking an experienced Second Shift Lead Maintenance Mechanic to oversee equipment maintenance and support operations during second shift. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and keeping a fast-paced operation running smoothly.
