Janitorial Building Supervisor **$200 hiring Bonus*

•$200 Hiring Bonus•Must have a WI Driver's License and be Bilingual- English/Spanish. We are currently looking for a Janitorial Building Supervisor , this is a Full-Time permanent position. Monday - Friday, 8 hours per evening, shift starts at 3:00pm-11:00pm. Must have great communication and organization skills, able to supervise a cleaning crew. Must pass criminal background check. Must be 18 yrs old. Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred Must be detail oriented, self-starter, independent and reliable.

JOB SUMMARY

: Supervises and coordinates the cleaning operations, and the day-to-day activities of the cleaners to satisfy the customer contract and Programmed Cleaning INC standards. Reports to Account Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure assigned building is cleaned and maintained to the highest standard Assist in training of all cleaning employees, ensuring that all employees have a complete understanding of the company policy, and expectations Work with other vendors along with day porter (if there is one) Supervise cleaning employees, enduring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness As necessary, function in general cleaning role to ensure work is complete Maintain control of establishment keys in accordance with building procedures, and security Ensure all employees have sufficient cleaning supplies and the knowledge of how to use them Order monthly supplies Set a constant example to all associates in dress and behavior, ensuring all employees are adhering to grooming and conduct standards Promote a safe and disciplined environment with adherence to company policy and procedures Report incidents, procedure, or safety violations to district manager and human resources Communicates special on-site job requirements Correct any customer dissatisfaction the same day/night and keep District Manager advised of any problem situations Conduct safety meetings with employees as needed and assure the proper safety procedures are followed at the job site
