That's why we're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our property's maintenance team and ensure our community is running at its best.
What You'll Do:
As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee all aspects of property maintenance, while leading a team to deliver excellent service to our residents.
Responsibilities include:
Supervising and training maintenance staff, delegating work orders, and ensuring quality standards. Performing and overseeing apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs. Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues. Monitoring inventory, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships. Ensuring safety compliance, OSHA standards, and adherence to Fair Housing guidelines. Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours emergencies. Partnering with the Property Manager to manage budgets, capital projects, and long-term planning. What We're Looking For 3-5+ years of Residential/Multifamily maintenance experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role (luxury/Class A experience preferred). Strong technical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and safety regulations.
HVAC/EPA
certification strongly preferred.

The pay range for this position is $35-38/hr JVM Management, Inc. determines individual pay within this range based on factors including qualifications, experience, scope of responsibilities, and internal equity.
