Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor | Food Manufacturing We are hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team at a food manufacturing facility in Monroe, WI. This is a 1st shift leadership role responsible for keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently while developing your team and driving continuous improvement.
Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 5am•1:30pm plus weekends as needed
What You'll Do:
Lead and supervise daily maintenance team activities across the plant Coordinate installations, projects, and repairs to meet production schedules Build and maintain preventive maintenance programs and key reliability metrics Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment•electrical, mechanical, and controls Coach, train, and develop maintenance team members through structured career development Manage departmental budget including scheduling, purchasing, and expense tracking Partner cross-functionally with production, quality, and outside vendors Ensure compliance with GMP, SQF, and all food safety and safety standards Drive continuous improvement through TPM, breakdown elimination, and defect handling
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role Intermediate to advanced electrical knowledge required PLC troubleshooting and repair experience required Strong problem-solving, coaching, and communication skills Microsoft Office proficiency required Food or dairy manufacturing experience preferred Pump and valve knowledge a plus Sanitary TIG welding experience a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Pay:
$80,000.00•$100,000.00 per year
