We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the service team and help create a "blow your mind, gotta tell my friends about you" guest experience. Responsibilities Make sure guests receive prompt, friendly courteous service Serve as a liaison between techs, advisors and guests Manage, hire, and train service advisors and technicians Passion to achieve high standards Must be able to forecast budgets and set goals for department Manage the payroll within the department Responsible for profitability and CSI in the department- meeting internal and manufacturer expectations Qualifications Previous automotive service management experience Leadership experience Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong focus and commitment to customer service and satisfaction Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
