In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment across various settings, including manufacturing plants, residential properties, or commercial facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills, leadership abilities, and hands-on experience to support our operational excellence. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and building infrastructure. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Conduct welding tasks and other fabrication work as needed to repair or modify equipment and structures. Oversee facilities maintenance projects, including residential painting, carpentry, or other specialized tasks. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance history, and schedule future repairs. Supervise or assist junior team members in maintenance tasks while ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Communicate effectively with team members and clients in English to coordinate work activities and provide excellent customer service. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in troubleshooting complex systems. Familiarity with schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals for accurate repairs. Prior supervisory or leadership experience in maintenance teams is preferred. Ability to use diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters confidently for electrical testing. Excellent communication skills in English to facilitate clear instructions and teamwork.
