We are looking for a qualified maintenance personager to join our growing team. We're looking for a independent, dependable and skilled technician that can assist with the following and more in and around the Madison market
  • preventative maintenance, locks & doors, flooring, appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, furnace & boiler repair, fire alarm inspection, HVAC, carpentry, and apartment turnovers.
The right candidate will truly have the ability to grow with our company (even outside maintenance if you have the desire) and learn from our leadership team as we expand this concept to many other communities. Knowledge and Skills:
Exhibit good time management and organization skills Proficiency in a wide variety of general maintenance tasks, such as painting, basic carpentry, minor dry wall repair, installation of assorted fixtures, and electrical and plumbing repairs that do not require a license Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) Express compassion for teammates residents and guests on a consistent basis Passion for events, hospitality and community Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail Strong communication, organization and project management skills A high level of integrity, perseverance and humility A passion for community and "member-first" customer service
