Salary:
Up to $90,000/year (DOE)
Shift:
3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday | 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM (OT as needed)

Full benefits package About the Role Join a production facility where you'll provide leadership for overnight maintenance activities, support equipment performance, and help drive continuous improvement efforts. This position is responsible for coordinating maintenance resources, supporting team development, and ensuring production equipment remains operating safely and efficiently. Job Responsibilities Lead day-to-day activities of the maintenance department during assigned shift Schedule, prioritize, and delegate maintenance work based on operational needs Develop and enhance equipment reliability initiatives through proactive maintenance strategies Diagnose and correct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues Utilize maintenance management software to document work, track repairs, and manage maintenance activities Support equipment upgrades, machinery installations, and production line modifications Monitor spare parts usage and assist with inventory control efforts Participate in facility improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing equipment failures Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to maintenance personnel Promote a safe work environment and ensure adherence to food manufacturing and quality requirements Work closely with production leadership to maximize equipment uptime and operational effectiveness Qualifications Background in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment Previous experience leading, coordinating, or supervising maintenance personnel Strong understanding of industrial electrical and mechanical systems Familiarity with computerized maintenance tracking systems; SAP experience is beneficial Exposure to automation equipment, motor controls, drives, and production machinery Proven ability to organize workloads, manage priorities, and support team performance Effective troubleshooting, decision-making, and communication skills Technical training, trade school education, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred Interested?
