Allied Plastics is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our passionate and continually growing team in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. This first-shift Maintenance Manager role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving equipment reliability, and being a leader by example. As our next Maintenance Manager, you will oversee maintenance strategy, preventative maintenance programs, equipment performance, and facility operations while supporting production efficiency and safety. Maintenance Manager Core Essential Duties and Responsibilities Lead and support the maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program to maximize equipment reliability and uptime Coordinate daily and weekly operational inspections to ensure efficient and uninterrupted facility performance Manage maintenance budgets, material expenditures, and inventory while identifying cost-saving opportunities Participate in on-call maintenance support as needed to address urgent equipment or facility issues Maintenance Manager Qualifications 5+ years manufacturing maintenance experience 2+ years' experience in a management role Strong leadership skills Extensive knowledge in mechanical and electrical maintenance Comfortable using computers - including ERP systems and Microsoft Office programs Professional and effective verbal and written communication skills Positive and determined attitude Our Maintenance Manager role offers a competitive salary of $120,000+ based on experience, along with outstanding benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Employer-sponsored Life Insurance and Disability coverage, and a generous 401(k) match; all after just 30 days!
