What You'll Do As an Automotive F&I Manager, you will work closely with our sales team, customers, and lending partners to finalize vehicle purchases while offering a professional, compliant, and customer-focused experience.

Responsibilities include:

Partner with the sales team to secure financing and complete vehicle transactions Present finance, lease, warranty, protection, and vehicle service contract options to customers Submit deals to lenders and work to obtain the best available financing approvals Maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending partners Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant with dealership, lender, state, and federal requirements Review contracts, funding packages, title documents, and related deal paperwork Support customer satisfaction by clearly explaining options, terms, and next steps Work with sales managers and sales consultants to help drive deal flow and improve overall performance Maintain high ethical standards and protect the dealership through proper compliance practices What We're Looking For We are seeking an experienced F&I Manager who is confident, professional, organized, and ready to contribute quickly.

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous automotive F&I Manager experience required Strong understanding of automotive financing, leasing, lender programs, and deal structure Experience presenting protection products, service contracts, GAP, and related offerings Strong closing skills with a customer-first approach Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork accurately Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment Strong communication skills and a professional presence with customers and team members A track record of strong performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Honda experience is a plus, but not required.
