Job Description

Overview We are seeking a
BILINGUAL
(SPANISH), experienced Maintenance Staff member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. Se prefiere que inteindes ingles. Gracias. Responsibilities Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters. Conduct repairs involving drywall, residential painting, or other specialized maintenance tasks with precision and safety awareness. Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control automated systems within the facility. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to document work orders, track maintenance activities, and manage inventory. Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and respond promptly to emergency repair needs. Lead or support training initiatives related to safety procedures, equipment operation, or technical skills for team members. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge combined with experience in facilities maintenance and manufacturing environments. Proficiency in reading schematics, technical diagrams, and electrical wiring diagrams. Hands-on experience with welding techniques and residential painting is highly desirable. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), CMMS software, and electrical troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters. Solid understanding of electrical systems and experience working with schematics for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish for clear documentation and effective teamwork. Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in maintenance or facilities roles is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces safely.
Pay:
$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
