Automotive Service Manager Lead. Inspire. Drive Results. Fremont Motors is looking for a strong, people-focused Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and take it to the next level. If you're a hands-on leader who knows how to balance customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and profitability—we want to talk to you. What You'll Do:
Lead and develop a high-performing service team (advisors, technicians, support staff) Drive service department profitability while maintaining top-tier CSI scores Oversee daily operations including workflow, scheduling, and quality control Coach, train, and hold team members accountable to performance standards Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, safety, and company policies Collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Management to deliver an exceptional customer experience Monitor KPIs including labor efficiency, ELR, CP/RO, and retention
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of automotive service management or leadership experience Strong knowledge of dealership service operations and KPIs Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, decisive, and solutions-oriented Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Why Fremont Motors?
