Job Description

Automotive Service Manager Fremont Motors Company Fremont Motors is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department. This is a key leadership role for a proven service professional who knows how to drive performance, support their team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff Oversee daily service department operations, workflow, and productivity Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and profitability Monitor KPIs, repair orders, CSI, and departmental performance Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines Partner with Parts and Sales leadership to support overall dealership success
What We're Looking For:
Previous Automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Solid understanding of dealership service operations and metrics Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve concerns professionally Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Why Fremont Motors?
