Job Description

Lakeside Water District seeks a Part-time meter reader who is motivated, hardworking & reliable. Must be capable of walking 3 to 5 miles while bending, stooping, and being alert while outdoors in all weather conditions. This position offers a great opportunity to get involved in the water utility field with the potential for a lifetime career. Valid California Driver's License as well as a good driving record required. Candidate must currently reside within San Diego's East County to help facilitate prompt arrival times to the days schedule. Work is primarily Monday-Thursday with the option for more hours if the employee stays within the given annual allotment of 1,000 hours per fiscal year.
Pay scale:
$20.00-22.00/hr
