Utility Service Worker

Must have valid driver's license, high school diploma or GED, ability to work overtime and some weekends. Must be insurable under the District's vehicle liability insurance policy. Must be willing to attend assigned training sessions to obtain a Texas distribution or collection certification D within 1.5 years of full-time employment. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted. Must be able to perform manual labor tasks involving bending, stooping, twisting. Must be able to work under all weather conditions. Assist in water and sewer leak repairs. Perform off-hour emergency duty as assigned.
