Position:

Automotive Metalizing Technician Day Shift Key Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on vacuum metalizing equipment. Clean the inside of deposition chambers, including grinding work and shield replacement. Replace cathodes and related components as required. Conduct routine maintenance and repair of metalizing equipment. Clean and maintain jigs and fixtures used in the coating process. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and minimize equipment downtime. Maintain maintenance logs and documentation. Support production line operations when necessary. Qualifications Experience in preventive maintenance (PM) for deposition or vacuum metalizing equipment. Experience in mechanical repair work. Ability to operate power tools (e.g., grinder and other electric tools). Basic understanding of vacuum systems and industrial equipment preferred. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and support line work when required.
