We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-oriented Millwright to join our high-performing maintenance team. In this role, you'll support continuous improvement across mill operations through expert troubleshooting and proactive maintenance. You'll be responsible for the repair, alignment, and installation of industrial machinery, ensuring smooth and safe operation of all equipment in the facility. Key Responsibilities Inspect, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, including conveyors, debarkers, canters, gang saws, and edgers Dismantle, assemble, install, and align equipment using hoists, jacks, hand/power tools, and precision measuring instruments Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions Perform adjustments to set specified clearances between moving and stationary parts Use welding (GMAW/SMAW) and cutting torches (Oxy/Acetylene) to support maintenance needs Ensure safe movement and setup of machinery using proper rigging tools and techniques Work under pressure while maintaining strict safety standards, including compliance with ZES procedures What You'll Need High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 3 years of verifiable millwright experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment Strong understanding of equipment alignment, rotating machinery, and mechanical systems Must provide your own basic hand tools Proven skills in welding and cutting torch operation Flexibility to work Friday - Sunday work 36 paid for 40. Must pass assessment test, background check, physical, and drug screening EVE1

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
