Millwright

Venture Dynamics is seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright to join our team. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment according to blueprints, manuals, and engineering specifications
• Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify and resolve any mechanical issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating, cleaning, and adjusting equipment
• Operate hand and power tools, hoists, and other specialized equipment to complete tasks
• Read and interpret technical drawings and manuals to determine work procedures
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of projects
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on equipment
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed
• Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in equipment technology

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Millwright or in a similar role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery and equipment
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and manuals
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

Pay:

$24.00
