Job Description

Rayonier Land & Lumber, LLC is hiring a Fully Qualified Millwright for the Warren Lumber Mill. This position is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing and support equipment on the plant site in the most safe and efficient manner possible. Successful candidates will be required to pass a welding test and a written millwright test consisting of hydraulics among other millwright topics. The hourly rate for this position is $34.41
Requirements:
Complete preventative maintenance checklists on equipment Troubleshoot malfunctions. Implement work orders for repairs. Report changes to maintenance plans Lay out work plans based on current work orders. Communicate and request additional manning/tools necessary to complete jobs. Confirm work is completed in an orderly manner. Follow up on all work completed. Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations. Perform other duties, as necessary.
Working Conditions :
Must be able to work in hot, dusty, cold, wet, dirty, and confined working environments on occasion. Ability to climb or descend stairs, ladders, and rough ground, and work at heights.

Pushing/Pulling Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Certifications from a technical school preferred Three to five years of prior experience in industrial maintenance with mechanical skills preferred. Solid understanding of troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem solving, work planning, preventative and predictive maintenance techniques Must be safety minded and willing to participate in/promote safety in all aspects of work tasks. Must be self-motivated and diligent. Must be willing to work night shift and/or weekends. NCRC Certification preferred.
