Job Description

The Millwright will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all process equipment and machinery while optimizing processing and reducing equipment downtime by performing predictive and preventative maintenance on all equipment and machinery.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Mechanical repair and installation of process equipment Durco, Goulds, Pioneer, Sulair, and Atlas Copco pumps and compressors. Perform predictive and preventative maintenance procedures; greasing, oiling, changing filters, equipment inspections, etc. Capable of welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication. Complete work orders and other maintenance documentation. Perform housekeeping duties and work area checks. Trouble shoot equipment and determine root cause analysis.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of welding; stick and wire feed, vertical, horizontal, overhead; and fabricating experience. Ability to rebuild pumps, perform dial and/or laser alignment, install mechanical seals and couplers. Ability to operate a variety of light equipment, man-lifts, forklift, and vehicles. Valid DL is required
Physical Demands:
Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in a mine, outdoor, manufacturing or plant environment, including hard hat, hearing protection, safety glasses, safety footwear, and as needed; respirator, rubber steel-toe boots, protective clothing, gloves and any other protective equipment as required. Employee is occasionally required to crawl, kneel, bend, and reach with hands and arms above their shoulders. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30-50lbs Ability to work in extreme weather conditions; exposure to wet and/or humid outside weather conditions; and extreme cold and/or heat. Must be willing to work shift work or otherwise assigned.
