Senior Manager Location:
Phoenix, Arizona (555 N, 55th Ave., Phoenix, AZ)
Starting Pay:
$23.50 per hour Compensation is based on relevant skills, experience, and assigned shift. This position operates on a rotating three-shift schedule. Employees assigned to afternoon or night shifts are eligible for shift premiums:
Afternoon Shift:
Additional 6% premium
Night Shift:

Summary:
As a utility technician, you will provide mechanical expertise and cost-effective solutions for multiple utility facility operating and construction projects that meet budget, quality, and schedule requirements.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and perform repairs on mechanical equipment. Boiler, Compressed Dry Air System, Chiller, HVAC, Piping, etc Preventive maintenance execution in order to complete all PM tasks Troubleshoot the abrupt breakdown of utility facilities Monitoring utility operation Demonstrate problem-solving methodology and reduce a loss of utility cost Follow the work procedure and comply with safety & standard Perform other duties as assigned Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3
R Standards Qualifications:
Trade School Certification in Mechanical Maintenance or related field or equivalent, relevant experience
Experience:
1 to 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing setting as a mechanical utility technician preferred
Skills:
Exposure in mechanical facilities setting, preferably in production facility Experienced with the handling of Utility Facilities Comfortable working independently and with others Results-oriented and perseverant Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Technically proficient and motivated to continuously improve
