Job Description
We are a growing full-service sign company seeking an experienced Sign Fabricator / Installer to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who has worked in a professional sign shop environment and is comfortable fabricating, producing, and installing a wide variety of sign products. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a digital print sign shop and be capable of working independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Apply printed and cut vinyl graphics to acrylic, aluminum composite, PVC, coroplast, and other sign substrates Install vinyl graphics on windows, walls, storefronts, and vehicles Operate digital printers, laminators, and vinyl plotters Weed, mask, laminate, and prepare graphics for production Fabricate signs using common hand and power tools Assist with sign installations at customer locations Load, transport, and handle sign materials safely Maintain production quality and meet deadlines Keep work areas organized and equipment maintained
