Pump Technician

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Pump Technician to join our team. This role involves working in a manufacturing facility where you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various pumping systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and experience in industrial maintenance, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and meets safety standards. Seeking a highly motivated individual with the skills and drive needed for this position. these skills MUST include Electrical knowledge, Plumbing, Pump truck operation.

MUST KNOW ELECTRICAL KNOWLEDGE OF 230/480 VOLT 3

PHASE and how to troubleshoot motor/ pump issues. PLC and scada knowledge preferred. again must know how to troubleshoot HIGH voltage electrical. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and troubleshoot pumping systems and associated equipment. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for system diagnostics and repairs. Perform routine maintenance using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Work with hydraulics and HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance. Conduct field service operations, including customer service interactions to address technical inquiries. Use precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters for diagnostics. Read and interpret schematics to identify issues and implement solutions. Execute welding tasks as needed, adhering to safety protocols. Operate scissor lifts safely while performing maintenance tasks at heights. Requirements Proven experience in industrial mechanic roles with a strong mechanical background. Familiarity with electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications. Experience in technical sales is a plus, enhancing customer interaction capabilities. Ability to analyze problems effectively and provide timely solutions. Knowledge of pump and electrical systems is beneficial for comprehensive service delivery. Previous experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial electrician is preferred. Military experience is valued for its emphasis on discipline and technical skills. Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with clients.
