This is a full-time opportunity that requires statewide travel throughout California during peak season (approximately 75% travel). Home every weekend. During the winter months, work is primarily based at their Visalia facility, where the team focuses on preventative maintenance, full inspections, fabrication, welding, and major repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems Perform preventative maintenance and major component repairs Complete fabrication and welding projects Maintain accurate service records and documentation Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently in the field Represent the company professionally at job sites throughout the state
Qualifications:
At least 3 years of mechanical experience preferred Minimum 3 years of fabrication experience Minimum 3 years of welding experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required) Willingness to travel up to 75%
Work Location:
On the road (California statewide travel) Home every weekend
