Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and skilled Construction lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various construction projects, contributing your expertise to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes. From foundational work to finishing touches, you will help bring construction plans to life while adhering to safety standards and project timelines. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hands-on professionals eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including material handling and equipment placement Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks safely and efficiently across multiple project phases Operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment such as concrete mixers, pumps, and forklifts as required Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans Support renovation and restoration efforts by performing carpentry, framing, metal stud framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry Assist with roofing installation and maintenance tasks using appropriate safety procedures Apply caulking, plastering, flooring installation, and other finishing techniques to achieve quality results Operate heavy machinery when trained and certified Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment at all times Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools and power tools confidently pumping, and finishing techniques Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Ability to execute stair,railings, and banister projects to high standards. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper posture and technique Familiarity with heavy equipment operation; certification preferred. Competence in carpentry disciplines including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roofing projects Understanding of restoration processes involving demolition or structural repairs Ability to work effectively on renovation projects requiring precision craftsmanship in plastering or flooring installation Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety compliance Pay DOE general starting range provided here in listing.
