If you enjoy solving mechanical challenges, performing preventive maintenance, and working with heavy industrial equipment, you'll feel right at home here. What You'll Do Inspect, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment Perform daily preventative maintenance checks including greasing, oiling, and general upkeep Work closely with the Maintenance Manager and Operations team to support plant production Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues on power transmission systems, centrifugal pumps, automated valves, agitators, distillation columns, and centrifuges Perform basic welding repairs when needed Operate forklifts, loaders, and similar equipment Safely work in confined spaces and at heights of 100+ feet Work in a range of environmental conditions, including hot and cold environments What You Bring Experience in industrial equipment maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of rotating equipment Ability to follow safety protocols in elevated and confined spaces Solid communication skills and a team-first mindset Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off
