Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fitter/Fabricator/Millwright/Industrial Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various welding and fabricating techniques and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. This role involves fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Duties Perform Stick, Mig and Tig welding and other welding techniques to fabricate metal components. Utilize hand tools and machinery to build and assemble parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. Conduct plasma cutting for precise metal shaping. Work consists of a multitude fabricating, pipe welding, millwright and industrial work. Employ basic math skills for measurements and calculations during fabrication processes. Rig materials safely for lifting using cranes or other equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Skills Proficiency in Stick. Mig and tig welding techniques is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Experience with hand tools commonly used in metal fabrication. Familiarity with industrial and millwright installation and maintenance practices. Competence in plasma and torch cutting for various applications. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Ability to rig materials safely for crane operation. Experience using calipers for precise measurements.
