Job Description

Key Result Area:
Perform maintenance services to ensure a smooth-running operation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Complies with all Company policies and procedures which includes Substance Abuse policy but not limited to. Adhered to all safety and operational practices. Willing to participate in ALL4Zero Safety Program. Maintain preventive maintenance in accordance with a daily checklist and adjustments to the plant equipment and machinery. Perform mechanical repairs on batching equipment, unloading equipment, rolling stock and company vehicles. Perform routine maintenance within the site (changing light bulbs, ballast, etc.) Perform construction repairs, valve replacements, outlets changed. Perform plumbing repairs. Perform minimal electrical tasks. Fabrication and welding as needed for production and special projects. Change a/c filters (unless too time consuming, currently outsourced). Complete work orders and various other tracking devices. Responsible for housekeeping throughout plant's areas. Adhered to safety and operational practices. Ability to work with Teams and alone. Complies with all Company policies and procedures. Able to work any shift Other duties and special projects as assigned. Able to perform and understands LOTO processes and ensure the optimal procedures are followed for meeting company's objectives.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); 1 to 3 years mechanical and electrical experience.
Required Skills:
Strong mechanical background High level of organizational skills Prior experience with limited electrical Capable of wearing a respirator, hardhat, and safety glasses.
