  • What You'll Be Doing
  • + Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment to support reliable plant operations.
+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on conveyors, crushers, pumps, gearboxes, and other plant equipment. + Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective repair solutions to minimize downtime. + Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and reliability. + Follow all safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures while maintaining accurate work records.
  • What Are We Looking For
  • + Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment. + Knowledge of maintenance practices, tools, and safe work procedures in a manufacturing environment. + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions. + Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. + Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Conditions of Employment
  • + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
  • Work Environment
  • + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
  • What We Offer
