In this role, you will operate specialized wet bridge saws to precisely cut stone, marble, granite, and other materials for construction, millwork, and fabrication projects. Your expertise will ensure accurate cuts, high-quality finishes, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment and contribute to large-scale construction and manufacturing projects. Duties Operate wet bridge saws with precision to cut various stone and material slabs according to project specifications Set up and calibrate machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards are met Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment for material handling, assembly, and finishing tasks Handle materials safely using forklifts and other heavy equipment to transport slabs within the workspace Perform routine maintenance on saws and related machinery to ensure continuous operation Follow safety protocols rigorously during all cutting operations and handling of heavy materials Assist in fabrication processes by measuring, marking, and preparing materials for cutting or assembly Experience Prior experience operating wet bridge saws or similar heavy-duty cutting machinery in manufacturing or construction environments Strong mechanical knowledge related to machinery setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance Hands-on experience with fabrication techniques including welding, machining, and millwork processes Familiarity with materials handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in warehouse settings Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures used in heavy equipment operation and assembly Background in construction or manufacturing industries is highly desirable Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints for precise cutting requirements Join our team to bring your skills in heavy equipment operation, fabrication, and materials handling into a dynamic environment where your work directly impacts large-scale projects.
