Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Service Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic pumps, motors, and cylinders. Duties
YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE DIAGNOSING AND REBUILDING HYDRAULIC PUMPS/MOTORS.
Perform comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting of hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, and related components using precision measuring instruments and schematics. Read electrical blueprints and schematics to accurately diagnose issues within complex electrical and pneumatic systems integrated with hydraulic machinery. Apply industrial mechanic experience to perform precision repairs on mechanical components using welding ( welding if applicable), machining, or other fabrication techniques. Be able to diagnose and repair hydraulic pumps, motors, and cylinders. Experience You must have experience with hydraulic pumps and motors. Rexroth, Vickers, Eaton, etc.
MUST BE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR HYDRAULIC PUMPS AND MOTORS.
Have a healthy understanding of hydraulic cylinders and be capable of basic reseal jobs. Pay varies based on experience. Tool allowance and community shop tools available.
Pay:
$25.00 - $45.00 per hour
