Job Description:
Alef Synergy Mechanical is seeking experienced ductwork subcontractors to support ongoing and upcoming commercial HVAC projects throughout South Florida. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented crews with proven experience in sheet metal installation, duct layout, and coordination in active construction environments.
Scope of Work Includes:
Installation of rectangular and round ductwork Installation of diffusers, grilles, and registers Equipment connections (RTUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, etc.) Hangers, supports, and seismic bracing (as required) Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings Coordination with other trades on-site
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years commercial HVAC experience Must have own tools, equipment, and transportation Ability to read and work from plans OSHA compliance and safety-focused Licensed and insured (preferred)
