Job Description
This position is a full-time, day shift job that offers 50-60 hours per week. 3 out of 4 Saturdays a month 1/2 shifts included/required for preventive maintenance on machinery in factory. Job duties will include startup/assembly of egg processing machinery and maintaining that machinery during the course of the production day, increasing production and eliminating downtime. Much of this work involves the use of hand tools that you are required to have. Work will also involve completing Work Orders that are written by Supervisors from the factory regarding non-performing machinery. Any experience with basic wiring, plumbing, welding, or home repairs would be helpful. Pay is $14.50 an hour. There is a monthly performance/attendance bonus program. 401k/Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
