As a Mechanical Technician 3, you will be an integral part of the maintenance department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, attention to safety, and technical expertise, which will align successfully within the organization.

$30/hr What's the Job? Perform mechanical repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment such as pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, and power transmissions. Work on conveyor systems, changing out bearings and pumps, ensuring optimal operation. Conduct alignments, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime. Assist in developing and refining preventive maintenance standards and work procedures. Operate heavy industrial equipment including forklifts, scissor lifts, and skid loaders safely and efficiently. What's Needed? High school diploma or approved GED; AA degree in Industrial Maintenance preferred. 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or related education in industrial maintenance technologies. Proficiency in using hand and power tools, blueprint reading, welding, and rigging. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team-oriented environment. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and operate various industrial equipment safely. What's in it for me?
