Summary We are seeking a dedicated Installation Technician responsible for assembling, installing, andmaintaining custom signs and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitmentto safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and install signs on buildings and other structures. Configure designs based on site conditions and customer needs. Follow building standards and codes when installing signage and various products. Installation of various components using hand or power tools. Operate various ariel life equipment within various jobsite conditions. Examine and test products and equipment for defects to ensure proper functioning. Tend and observe equipment to verify efficient and safe operation. Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts. Clean, maintain or lubricate vehicles, machinery, equipment, and tools. Diagnose electrical problems and install or rewire electrical components. Disassemble and reassemble signage for repairs. Position vehicles, and equipment for assembly or installation. Transfer tools, parts, and equipment to and from workstations. Assist in ordering parts to maintain inventory. Follow OSHA, DOT, company, job site, and customer safety standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Knowledge of and experience with machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. Ability to identify and assess issues and formulate solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment. Knowledge of safety policies and procedures. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Continuous learning mindset.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

1 to 3 years of industry experience. CDL Class B with airbrakes. Experience driving forklifts and trailers. Completion of safety training programs (PPE, ladder, electrical, fall, bloodborne pathogens). Completion of a 10 or 30-hour OSHA Outreach Training Program.
