Job Description

P ersonnel Plus, Inc Twin Falls is now hiring for a Maintenance position in Wendell Idaho Full Time 40+ hours Day shift Mon-Fri Pay rate-$26/hr
Summary:
Feed Mill Maintenance requires a strong mechanical and electrical background to support maintenance in an industrial work environment. Candidate must have experience with installation, demolition, and maintenance of material handling equipment. Maintenance position will perform preventative maintenance and repairs of mechanical and electromechanical equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with Plant Manager on needs for parts, supplies and repairs while maintaining enough in stock for normal operations and emergencies. Follow and perform regular and preventative maintenance schedules on all equipment: motors, bearings, bucket elevators, hydraulics, pumps, compressors, drag and screw augers. Welding and Fabrication Understand and maintain feed mill equipment to reduce unplanned break downs. Rebuild rolls, reducers, gearboxes and other mill equipment. Maintain hydraulic and electrical equipment. Report any quality or feed safety problems to Plant Manager. Drive a culture of safety, accountability, opportunistic curiosity and contributes to creating an environment where people want to work. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in Industrial Maintenance Strong mechanical aptitude including electrical Understanding of OSHA/Safety Regulations Effective communication skills - both interpersonal and written Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize based on business needs
Physical Demands:
Must have the ability to climb ladders, lift up to 75 lbs, bend, kneel, stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, work with heights, and work long hours in harsh environments (hot, cold temperatures and a dusty conditions). Exhibit good work habits, including excellent attendance and individual productivity
