About the Role As a Manufacturing Machine Technician, you will serve as a vital contributor to our production floor by managing equipment performance and ensuring high-output efficiency. You will utilize your mechanical aptitude to drive consistent product quality and support our team in achieving daily manufacturing targets. Responsibilities Configure and calibrate industrial machinery to meet precise production specifications. Execute efficient equipment changeovers to minimize downtime and maximize throughput. Proactively monitor machine health to ensure peak operational performance. Conduct rigorous quality inspections to verify that all output adheres to strict standards. Perform preventative maintenance and resolve technical issues to keep the line moving. Maintain accurate production logs and communicate workflow status to leadership. Uphold a safe, orderly, and compliant work environment at all times. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and logical problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control. Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a machine operation or manufacturing role. Familiarity with industrial production workflows and safety protocols. Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment independently.
