Job description NextGen Industries LLC is looking for experienced Mechanical/Millwright personnel to join our growing team. We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals with industrial mechanical experience who can work safely, efficiently, and professionally on job sites. Candidates should be comfortable working with machinery, equipment installation, repairs, and general mechanical construction work. Responsibilities Install, maintain, and repair industrial equipment and machinery Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and layouts Perform equipment alignments and mechanical troubleshooting Assist with conveyor systems, pumps, motors, bearings, gearboxes, and related equipment Use hand tools, power tools, and welding/fabrication equipment as needed Work safely in industrial and commercial environments Assist with shutdowns, maintenance projects, and equipment installs Work as part of a crew while maintaining productivity and professionalism
