We're looking for hands‑on problem solvers with strong mechanical skills, good judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. Maintenance Mechanic - What You'll Do Troubleshoot mechanical issues and inspect equipment Read blueprints and electrical schematics Perform preventative maintenance Dismantle, repair, and reassemble machinery Support sanitation and production teams Install and adjust mechanical components Test equipment after repairs Complete maintenance documentation Millwright/Welder - What You'll Do This combined role focuses on installing, maintaining, and repairing industrial equipment—plus supporting fabrication and welding needs across the facility. Install, align, and repair industrial machinery Perform preventive/predictive maintenance Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Diagnose mechanical failures and root causes Fabricate or modify parts (MIG/TIG welding preferred) Assist with equipment upgrades and new installations Maintain accurate logs and documentation Support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
Industrial or mechanical experience, welding/fabrication skills, ability to read schematics, strong troubleshooting skills, and basic electrical knowledge. What We're Looking For (All Roles) Strong mechanical aptitude Ability to work independently Solid understanding of safety procedures (including LOTO) Good communication and documentation skills Able to lift 50 lbs and work in hot/cold/wet/dusty environments
Bonus:
Food manufacturing experience or familiarity with high‑speed packaging equipment.

From $28.00 per hour
