Do you like working with your hands, staying busy, and being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly? We're looking for a Conditioning Tower Operator to join our crew! In this role, you'll help make sure our tower facilities run like clockwork. You'll be hands-on with equipment, keeping production top-notch and making sure our customers get the best quality every time. This is a great opportunity if you're detail-oriented, safety-minded, and enjoy working both independently and with a team. Bonus points if you've got experience with seed conditioning or maintenance—but if not, we're happy to teach the right person! What you'll be doing: Running equipment and keeping downtime to a minimum. Performing safety and quality checks (and jotting them down accurately). Giving everything a thorough clean between runs to protect product quality. Helping with preventative maintenance and general equipment care. Keeping your work area clean, organized, and ready to roll. Pitching in on other duties as needed May-Sept- 7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Oct-April 2:00 P.M to midnight

Requirements:

A positive communicator who works well with others. Someone who follows safety and quality guidelines like second nature. Comfortable with stairs and the occasional ladder climb. Experience with conditioning/maintenance is great, but not required. Able to work independently and stay on track. Must pass a background check and drug test.
