Job Description

Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Millwrights to join our team. This role supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of agricultural and industrial equipment, including conveyors, elevators, and other grain-handling systems. The position may also involve assisting with bin construction or concrete crews when needed. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, hardworking, and eager to build a career with opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the assembly, installation, and repair of material handling equipment and machinery. Use hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely and effectively. Support crews with bin construction and concrete projects as needed. Perform shop tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and maintaining tools and equipment. Follow instructions from supervisors to ensure quality and timely project completion. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment. Perform physical labor including lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in varying conditions.
Qualifications :
Ideally, three years of experience in farm or commercial environment with skills in welding, fabrication, industrial equipment installation General mechanical ability with experience using various powered tools The ability to climb stairs, perform lifting over 75 pounds, sit, kneel and stand for long periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights over 50' Candidate must be able to work in a variety of environmental conditions, such as hot, cold and dusty environments Perform highly skilled maintenance tasks, such as fabrication, cutting, blueprint reading, etc. Strong motivation and willingness to learn multiple aspects of the trade. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to follow directions and attention to detail. Commitment to safe work practices at all times. Previous millwright experience. Opportunities for
