Job Summary:

We are seeking entry-level general laborers to assist with daily operations on an industrial job site. No previous experience or specialized skills are required. All employees will receive on-site training from experienced personnel to learn the responsibilities and duties associated with the position. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the industrial construction field and develop a background in millwright work.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist experienced millwrights and other skilled tradespeople with daily tasks. Perform general labor duties as directed by on-site supervisors. Help with material handling, moving equipment, and maintaining organized work areas. Learn basic millwright support tasks through hands-on training. Follow all job site safety procedures and supervisor instructions. Assist with additional duties as needed to support project operations.

Qualifications:

No prior construction or millwright experience required. Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training. Ability to perform physical labor in an industrial environment. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team. Opportunity for
