We are currently seeking a Journeyman-Level Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our skilled maintenance team at our Greensburg, IN facility.

$38-$40 per hour $3.00 per hour shift premium $3,000 sign-on bonus 3 weeks of vacation after 90 days Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Paid holidays Career development and advancement opportunities Stable, team-oriented work environment Boot and tool allowance Position Summary The Journeyman Industrial Maintenance Group Leader is responsible for leading one other Maintenance Technician while maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong electrical and mechanical expertise with the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Strong leadership, communication, time management, delegation, and initiative. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform preventative and predictive maintenance Maintain and repair presses, furnaces, conveyors, robotics, and automated production equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Perform welding and fabrication as needed Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives Respond to equipment breakdowns in a timely manner Qualifications Journeyman certification or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (PLC experience preferred) Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation Ability to work any shift, including overtime as needed Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Commitment to safety and teamwork Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in industrial conditions Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces when required Join Our Team If you're a skilled Journeyman Maintenance Technician looking for competitive pay, excellent benefits, and long-term stability, we encourage you to apply today. and power your future with Resonac Powdered Metals America.
