Job Overview
AIU, LLC
is seeking an experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician to support equipment maintenance operations inside a battery manufacturing facility. The technician will inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment, including mold/tooling equipment and cutting equipment and blades. Duties Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment Perform maintenance and repairs on mold and tooling equipment Inspect, adjust, replace, and repair cutting blades and related components Diagnose mechanical equipment problems and minimize production downtime Perform preventive maintenance according to established schedules Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Follow all facility safety procedures and PPE requirements Keep the work area and equipment clean and organized Coordinate with production supervisors and other maintenance personnel Skills Previous industrial equipment maintenance experience required Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and equipment repair Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments Ability to read equipment manuals and basic mechanical drawings Ability to work independently and respond promptly to equipment issues Experience in manufacturing or battery production is preferred Cutting equipment, tooling, or mold maintenance experience is strongly preferred Join us as an Experienced Equipment Maintenance Technician where your expertise will keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly! $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
